1.Pregnant women with singleton pregnancy at first trimester visiting for the antenatal check-up.
2.Gestational age between pregnancy confirmation to 13 weeks +6 days
3.Age of pregnant women ranged from 18 to 45 years.
4.Pregnant women who are willing to follow up i.e. every trimester at least once & deliver in selected hospitals of Udupi taluk.
1. Antenatal mothers more than 14 weeks of gestation.
2. Multiple and molar pregnancy, Chronic diseases (chronic hypertension, severe anemia, diabetes mellitus, Grade III & Grade IV heart disease, renal disease) fetal malformations, autoimmune diseases (systemic erythematous lupus or antiphospholipid syndrome), sickle cell disease, uterine malformations, previous cervical surgery, history of 3 or more abortions, HIV infection and chronic use of corticosteroids.

Name Time Method Primary outcome: Pregnant women who are with High MAP i.e more than 100 mm of Hg <br/ ><br>Timepoint: First 3 months of pregnancy.

Name Time Method Maternal: <br/ ><br>Antenatal: <br/ ><br>Week of onset of hypertension in pregnancy (preeclampsia, Eclampsia and gestational hypertension) and its complications (proteinuria, maternal blood pressure), <br/ ><br>Intranatal: <br/ ><br>Hypertension in pregnancy (preeclampsia, Eclampsia and gestational hypertension) and its complications (proteinuria, maternal blood pressure), Week of delivery, Mode of induction, duration of labor, mode of delivery. <br/ ><br>Postnatal: <br/ ><br>Persistence of high blood pressure, proteinuria <br/ ><br>Fetal: <br/ ><br>During pregnancy- Growth parameters- To identify Fetal Growth Restriction <br/ ><br>Neonatal: <br/ ><br>APGAR score, type of birth, birth weight, gestational age at delivery, days of admission in the hospital, other complications.Timepoint: Pregnant women from First trimester of pregnancy to immediate postnatal period.
