Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pregnant females of more than 18 years of age
  • •2\. More than 16 weeks of gestation
  • •3\. BMI: \> 18\.5 Kg/m2
  • •4\. Singleton pregnancy
  • •5\. Having access to a phone

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Declared unfit by gynecologist
  • •2\. Multiple gestation
  • •3\. Prior medical condition such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid
