- •1\. Pregnant females of more than 18 years of age
- •2\. More than 16 weeks of gestation
- •3\. BMI: \> 18\.5 Kg/m2
- •4\. Singleton pregnancy
- •5\. Having access to a phone
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Declared unfit by gynecologist
- •2\. Multiple gestation
- •3\. Prior medical condition such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid
