Inclusion Criteria

  • •1)Age above 18 years.
  • •2)ASA 1 and 2 and 3 patients.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1)Patient who could not be intubated at first attempt Will be excluded from the study.
  • •2)Patient who had history of sore throat one week prior to surgery.
  • •3)Patient intubated without adequate NPO / full stomach
