Inclusion Criteria
adult patients over 19 years old
- patients diagnosed with heart failure by cardiologists and less than 45% ejection fraction (EF) as a result of echocardiography
- patients who are planning to be home after discharge
- patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- patients on dialysis
- patients with (scheduled) heart transplantation
- patients with a psychiatric history or who are currently taking psychiatric medications
- patients who have difficulty communicating due to the severity of the disease
