Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients ASA(american society of anaesthesia) 1\-3 physical status
- •2\)Patients undergoing upper limb surgery below shoulder
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients refusal to regional anaesthesia
- •2\) Skin infection located near block injection site
- •3\) Allergy to local anesthetics
- •4\) Pregnancy
- •5\) Presence of bleeding disorder or coagulopathy
- •6\) Patients with preexisting neurological deficit
- •7\) Psychiatric disorder
- •8\) Bilateral upper limb surgery
- •9\) Severe chronic obstructive or restrictive lung disease
- •10\) Requirement of conversion to general anaesthesia due to inadequate block
