入选标准
- •②预计手术时间≥2h；
- •③全麻下择期手术且手术体位为仰卧位；
- •④患者或家属签署知情同意书且自愿参加。
排除标准
- •①预期住院时间小于 3 天；
- •②术前有压力损伤、周围神经病变、瘫痪、肌肉疾病、皮肤病的患者。
