1) Malaysian citizen
2) Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia or English Language
3) Permanently residing hostels of Universiti Putra Malaysia
4) Attained menarche
5) Owns a smart mobile phone with the access to the internet

Exclusion Criteria

1) did not menstruate within the past 6 months
