Inclusion Criteria

Patients aged 18 and over.
Admitted to intensive care unit within 7 days after surgery.
Expect to remain in the intensive care unit for more than 24 hours.

Exclusion Criteria

Not surgery.
Can not speak Thai
Hearing and visual impairments
History of preoperative delirium
