Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 18 years or older
2. Admitted to surgical ICU within 7 days after operation
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who do not undergo operation
2. Patients who are unable to communicate in Thai
3. Patients with severe visual or auditory impairment that interfere with communication
4. Patients with level of consciousness defined by Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale (RASS) of - 4 or -5 during the entire ICU admission
