Inclusion Criteria
Adults aged 70 years or older who are receiving orthopedic surgery of the lower extremities under spinal anesthesia
- ASA classification 1-3
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients diagnosed with delirium, dementia, cognitive disorders
- Anesthesia plan changed from spinal anesthesia to general anesthesia, for any reasons
- Inappropriate to give sedatives due to patient's general condition
- Patient's refusal to participate
