1. American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical Status (ASA PS) 1, 2, or 3
2. 65 years of age or older.
3. Patients scheduled to undergo major abdominal surgery (stomach, hepatobiliary, pancreas, colon)
4. Patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in this clinical study.
1.Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to propofol
2.Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to remimazolam
3. Patients with a history of neurological diseases such as stroke and cerebral infarction.
4. Patients with psychiatric diseases such as depression.
5. Patients judged to be inappropriate by the researcher.
