Inclusion Criteria
-patients age 55 or above who admit into the hip fracture pathway and have a hip fracture operation then transfer into the surgical ICU, understand Thai language, APACHEII>8.
Exclusion Criteria
current delirium, severe dementia, or active major psychiatric illness.
