Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients aged 18 and over.
  • •Admitted to intensive care unit within 7 days after surgery.
  • •Expect to remain in the intensive care unit for more than 24 hours.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Not surgery.
  • •Can not speak Thai
  • •Hearing and visual impairments
  • •History of preoperative delirium
