Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients, age 65 years and above undergoing elective, non\-cardiac surgery with a stay of at least 4 days in hospital

Exclusion Criteria

  • •planned ICU stay, patient with inadequate command of the german language, patient with legal guardian.
