Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient should be in the age of 18-60 years
2. Patient to go fit under ASA1 and ASA2
3. Patient should undergo elective surgery under inhalation agent and total intravenous anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with history of anosmia
Patient who are potential for difficult airway management
Patient with the history of URI and LRI
Patient allergic to egg
Patient who has refused to give consent
