Inclusion Criteria
ASA I , II and ASA III
Age group of 18-70 years of either sex
BMI <= 30 Kg/m2
Scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Known diabetes mellitus, Inner ear pathology, Smoker
Nasal disease, nasal blockage, poor sense of smell and recent URTI
On antiemetic, steroids and chemotherapy medications
History of motion sickness and previous PONV
Patients with any allergy or contraindication to study substances
Need of postoperative Ryles tube
