Inclusion Criteria
Patients 19 years of age or older with an American Society of Anesthesiologist's physical status 1-3 who require central venous catheterization during surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Infection at the catheter location, a history of surgery in the neck where the catheter was performed, a long-term catheter placement in the blood vessel to be catheterized, and patients who had difficulty with central venous catheterization before

Name Time Method the difference in the success or failure of the first catheterization between the two groups
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method the time to success of the catheter between the two groups (from needle insertion to completion of guidewire insertion), the number of insertion attempts, the occurrence of complications (arterial puncture, pneumothorax, etc.), horizontal (transverse), vertical (anterior-posterior) length, and cross-sectional area (CSA) of the internal jugular vein cross-sectional image obtained at the cricoid cartilage level are included.
