Inclusion Criteria
1. American society of Anaesthesiology physical status (ASA-PS) grade 1 & 2
2. Less than 2 years of age undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1. patients with congenital anomalies or any syndromic patients
2.patients having any growth or mass near neck or face region
3. critically ill patients
4. any arteriovenous malformation on scanning
5. any contraindications of performing valsalva maneuver or trendelenburg position
