Inclusion Criteria

Pregnant females undergoing elective cesarean section with gestational age less than 36

BMI less than 30

ASA 1 TO 2

Exclusion Criteria

Multiple gestation.

Poly/ oligo hydraminos.

Abnormal anatomy of upper GI tract.

Morbid obesity.

Previous esophageal gastric surgeries.
