Inclusion Criteria
Pregnant females undergoing elective cesarean section with gestational age less than 36
BMI less than 30
ASA 1 TO 2
Exclusion Criteria
Multiple gestation.
Poly/ oligo hydraminos.
Abnormal anatomy of upper GI tract.
Morbid obesity.
Previous esophageal gastric surgeries.

Name Time Method 1. Gastric antral cross sectional area in patients on both groups aspiration prophylaxisTimepoint: 1 hour after giving aspiration prophylaxis
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Comparison of prevalence of Grade 2 antrum on ultrasound assessment in both the groups. <br/ ><br>2. Documented incidence of post operative gastric symptoms like nausea, vomiting, ability to tolerate feeding, in both the groups of patients. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 24 hours after giving aspiration prophylaxis
