1. Patient given informed and written consent.
2. ASA physical status I, II, and III
3. Body mass index less than 40 kg/m2.
4. Patients scheduled for elective surgeries requiring endotracheal intubation under general anaesthesia.
1. Pre-existing airway malformations or pathologies like facial or cervical fractures, maxillofacial abnormalities, cervical tumour, or goitre.
2. History of difficult intubation.
3. Patients with tracheostomy tubes.
4. Pregnancy.
5. Edentulous patients.
6. Head and neck gross external anatomical deformities/ Head and neck trauma.
