Inclusion Criteria
The patient was informed consent
The patient who diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome by the hand orthopedic surgeon and need to performed treatment by carpal tunnel release surgery
Exclusion Criteria
The patient deny or reject the study
Neuromuscular disorder
Pregnancy
Previous carpal tunnel surgery
Drug allergy to corticosteroid and licoaine
Chronic renal failure
Wrist infection
Osteoarthritis of wrist
Rheumatoid arthritis
Cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy
