Evaluation of Endodontic treatment outcome for the Maxillary First Molars with and without operating microscope using Cone Beam Computed Tomography: Randomized Clinical Trialthis trial is conducted on mature first maxillary molars with the diagnosis of carious involvement of the pulp, with apical periodontitis, that show periapical change (radiographic PDL space widening, radiolucency) with/without Schneiderian membrane epithelium thickening on preoperative CBCT scan. Age range of patients to be included in the study is (18-65) years.CBCT, Operating Microscope, maxillary first molars, second mesiobuccal canal, Schneider membrane epithelium .TCTR20220624003researcher funding90
