1.Patients with advanced stomach, pancreaticobiliary, hepatocellular carcinoma
2.Patients with carcinoma colon on third-line chemotherapy
3.Patients with grade 4 glioma on second-line therapy
4.Patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma on second line therapy
5.Patients with carcinoma lung on third line chemotherapy
6.Patients with platinum refractory carcinoma ovary after 2 lines of chemotherapy
7.Patients with carcinoma cervix on second line chemotherapy
8.Germ cell tumors after third line chemotherapy
1.Patients already on palliative IV chemotherapy for more than two months
2.Patients with altered sensorium, psychiatric issues, who may not comprehend the questions in the questionnaire
3.Patients with Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status (ECOG PS) >2
4.Terminally ill patients who are planned only for best supportive care
5.Pediatric patients
