Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age of 65 year old and older
- •2\.Admitted to SICU at Siriraj hospital within 7 days following surgery and 3\.anticipated length of stay more than 24 hours
- •4\.Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale (RASS) at admission between 1 to \-2
- •5\.Can communicate in Thai
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Severe visual or auditory impairment
- •2\.Pre\-existing cognitive dysfunction
- •3\.the Confusion Assessment Method for the ICU (CAM\-ICU) at admission positive
- •4\.Immobilized or paralysis patient
- •5\.Patient who received neuromuscular blocking agent continuous intravenous drip.
