Inclusion Criteria

1) Age 60 years or older, both male and female.
2) Able to listen, speak, read and write Thai
3) No vision or hearing problems
4) No sedatives or other substances for sleep problems (eg antihistamines, etc.) used before the study.
5) No symptoms of depression, which will be measured using 2Q depression screening questionnaire, and 9Q depression screening form
6) No cognitive impairment, which will be assessed using the Thai version of the Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE).
7) have sleep problems, which will be assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).
8) No dependence on daily activities, which will be assessed using Barthel ADL index (Barthel ADL index) .
9) older person or primary caregiver have own mobile phone and willing to be contacted by phone.
10) Willingness and consent to participate in research

Exclusion Criteria

1) Allergy to essential oils such as jasmine, ylang-ylang and mok.
2) unable to complete all activities in the study
3) Unable to be contacted during research participation
