Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Type 2 diabetes (HbA1c \>6\.5%, fasting plasma glucose ââ?°Â¥ 126mg/dl) or pre diabetes (HbA1c \>5\.7%, fasting plasma glucose 100\-125 mg/dl)
- •2\. Age ââ?°Â¥ 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Type 1 diabetes
- •2\. Uncontrolled thyroid disorders.
- •3\. Pregnancy
- •4\. Up to 6 month post partum
