Inclusion Criteria
1 Patients presenting the classical sign and symptoms
2 Patients between 18 to 40 years age group without any bar of race, religion and sex
3 Patients having low body weight 15-20% below than normal for their age and height
4 Patients having less than 18.5 BMI
5 Patients willing to sign the consent form
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients age below 18 and above 40 years
2 Patients having BMI more than 18.5
3 Patients having any systemic disease or history of chronic diseases such as tuberculosis, cancer, and autoimmune diseases which cause weight loss
4 Patients having serious disease like hypertension, diabetes, renal dysfunction, TB, Juvenile DM, Congenital anomalies
