1.Healthy Thai children aged 5-9 years who are the patients of Dental hospital, Faculty of Dentistry, Naresuan University.
2.Children with the plan for extraction of the first or second primary molar due to the pathologic root resorption and the antimere tooth is intact.
1.Children with systemic condition or syndrome, which affect the growth or development of craniofacial organ.
2.Children who have the treatment plan for interceptive or corrective orthodontic treatment.
3.Children who have the eruption disturbance of the first or second premolars or have any kind of dental anomalies.
4.Children or their caretakers refuse to be the volunteer in the study.
5.Children who cannot cooperate with the dental radiographic examination.
