Inclusion Criteria
1. All children with clinical features of raised ICP admitted in Pediatric emergency in the age group
18 months to 15 years
2. Consent given by the legal heir.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Severe ocular trauma with open wounds, intraocular pathologies or space occupying lesions and optic atrophy.
2. Chronic neurologic diseases (e.g. congenital hydrocephalus, TB hydrocephalus, CNS tumours,
ICSOL).
3. Age less than 18 months or open fontanelle.
