Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Indication: Patients with (histologically confirmed or clinically suspected) primarily resectable benign or malign primary or secondary liver tumors
- •2\. Surgical extend: minimal\-invasive right hepatectomy (or extended right) , indication for right hepatectomy must be confirmed by two experienced liver surgeons
- •3\. Multidisciplinary tumor board recommendation in patients with malignancies
- •4\. Written informed consent of the participating person
- •5\. ECOG \= 2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Hepatobiliary reconstruction necessary
- •2\. Open surgery, hybrid surgery, hand\-assisted surgery
- •3\. Simultaneous resection of liver (\-metastases) and primary tumor/other organs
- •4\. Pregnant or breast\-feeding women
- •5\. Indications that the patient is unlikely to comply with the protocol (e.g. unwillingness to cooperate)
- •6\. Thrombosis close to the bifurcation of the portal vein
