1. Indication: Patients with (histologically confirmed or clinically suspected) primarily resectable benign or malign primary or secondary liver tumors
2. Surgical extend: minimal-invasive right hepatectomy (or extended right) , indication for right hepatectomy must be confirmed by two experienced liver surgeons
3. Multidisciplinary tumor board recommendation in patients with malignancies
4. Written informed consent of the participating person
5. ECOG = 2
1. Hepatobiliary reconstruction necessary
2. Open surgery, hybrid surgery, hand-assisted surgery
3. Simultaneous resection of liver (-metastases) and primary tumor/other organs
4. Pregnant or breast-feeding women
5. Indications that the patient is unlikely to comply with the protocol (e.g. unwillingness to cooperate)
6. Thrombosis close to the bifurcation of the portal vein
