Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Indication: Patients with (histologically confirmed or clinically suspected) primarily resectable benign or malign primary or secondary liver tumors
  • 2\. Surgical extend: minimal\-invasive right hepatectomy (or extended right) , indication for right hepatectomy must be confirmed by two experienced liver surgeons
  • 3\. Multidisciplinary tumor board recommendation in patients with malignancies
  • 4\. Written informed consent of the participating person
  • 5\. ECOG \= 2

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Hepatobiliary reconstruction necessary
  • 2\. Open surgery, hybrid surgery, hand\-assisted surgery
  • 3\. Simultaneous resection of liver (\-metastases) and primary tumor/other organs
  • 4\. Pregnant or breast\-feeding women
  • 5\. Indications that the patient is unlikely to comply with the protocol (e.g. unwillingness to cooperate)
  • 6\. Thrombosis close to the bifurcation of the portal vein
