入选标准
- •1. Indication: Patients with (histologically confirmed or clinically suspected) primarily resectable benign or malign primary or secondary liver tumors
- •2. Surgical extend: minimal-invasive right hepatectomy (or extended right) , indication for right hepatectomy must be confirmed by two experienced liver surgeons
- •3. Multidisciplinary tumor board recommendation in patients with malignancies
- •4. Written informed consent of the participating person
- •5. ECOG = 2
排除标准
- •1. Hepatobiliary reconstruction necessary
- •2. Open surgery, hybrid surgery, hand-assisted surgery
- •3. Simultaneous resection of liver (-metastases) and primary tumor/other organs
- •4. Pregnant or breast-feeding women
- •5. Indications that the patient is unlikely to comply with the protocol (e.g. unwillingness to cooperate)
- •6. Thrombosis close to the bifurcation of the portal vein
