Inclusion criteria will be considered: age over 18 years; gestational age of 33 weeks; primigravidae; physiological gestation; medical authorization to perform the intervention; pregnant women wishing to deliver vaginally; present medical certificate of release for participation in the research. For the pregnant women who will be part of the T Group, they will also have as inclusion criterion to have performed PFMT, during the gestational period, offered by the project approved by CEP / UFU, 3,054,152. For the pregnant women of the NT Group, the criterion is not to have performed PFMT.
The exclusion criteria will be: multiple gestation; presence of bone deformities; important muscular and nervous dysfunctions; presence of high gestational risk; unusual fetal position or risks that make vaginal delivery impossible (placenta previa); presence of risk of ascending infection; presence of vaginal bleeding; presence of cervical cancer; inability to contract the pelvic floor muscles; intolerance to vaginal palpation; presence of neurological and / or cognitive deficits that prevent the understanding of the procedures; use of prenatal pelvic floor preparation methods before being part of the study; being visibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find an increase in perineal distensibility verified by the larger diameter in centimeters of Epi-No Delphine Plus® equipment (Starnerg Medical, Tecsana, Munich, Germany), reaching values above the cut-off point of 20.8 cm after the intervention.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find maintenance of the pelvic floor muscle strength, evaluated in cmH2O by means of the PeritronTM electronic pressure gauge, pre, two weeks and post intervention.;It is expected to find maintenance of sexual function that will be assessed by applying the Female Sexual Function Scale (FSFI), in the pre, two weeks and post intervention periods.;Increased percentage of vaginal deliveries with intact perineum. Participants will be asked, by telephone contact after giving birth, about the type of delivery, presence and degree of perineal trauma.
