Inclusion Criteria
(1) age 20~74
(2) patients with spontaneous intracranial hypotension scheduled for an epidural blood patch
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction
(2) Patients who have allergies to local anesthetics.
(3) Patients with severe coagulopathy
(4) Patients with infection at the puncture site.
(5) Patients who disagree with participation in this study.
(6) Pregnant women
(7) Neuromuscular disease or neurologic disease other than spontaneous intracranial hypotension.
