Inclusion Criteria
All pediatric LDLT recipients aged 18 years and below
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with known history of diaphragmatic palsy, Intraoperative diaphragmatic injury, patients with prolonged ventilation for moe than 7 days prior to transplant.
