Inclusion Criteria
patients with Mallampati grade I/II.
patient of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I,II,III
Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgical procedures requiring general endotracheal anesthesia with neuromuscular paralysis.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Obese patients (BMI > 30kg / m2)
2.Pregnant and Lactating women.
3.Patients allergic to study drugs.
4.Patients with hepatic or renal impairment , neuromuscular disorders.
5.Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
