Inclusion Criteria

1.Fasting blood glucose level > 126 mg/dl

2.Random blood glucose > 200mg/dl

3.Post prandial blood glucose level >140mg/dl

4.bA1C >6.5

5.Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes mellitus and on hypoglycemic medications > 1 year

• Participants willing to participate

• BMI 23.0 – 24.9 kg/M2

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pulmonary disease

2. Cardiac disease

3. Pregnancy

4. Rib fractures

5. Participants diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes

6. Spinal cord injury or vertebral fracture
