Patients diagnosed with K/L Grade 2 & 3 knee osteoarthritis and ACR criteria for knee osteoarthritis
1.Recent surgery or fracture of the lower extremity
2.Severe osteoporosis
3.Open wounds, muscle ruptures, tendon ruptures
4.Tumors
5.Vascular disorders (for eg. varicose veins), Neurological deficits or movement disorders
6.Patient taking anticoagulant medications
7.Patients having pacemaker or implants inserted
8.Directly over bony prominences (for eg: over patella)
9.Patients with sensitive skin
10.Patients who are on any muscle relaxants during treatment duration
