1)Both male and female subjects between 18-60 years with heel pain for more than 6 weeks and up to 1 year.
2)Experiencing pain at the very first step out of bed in morning will be included.
Patients unwilling to participate.
2) Subjects with any surgical procedure of leg/ankle/foot
3) Subjects with history of cancer, severe vascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis (RA) or osteoporosis.
4) If NPRS score is less than 3 for both the continuous and persistent pain.
5) Patients having poor English language skills for accurately completing the outcome tools.
6) Any trauma to ankle joint and Hypersensitive skin.

Name Time Method 1.Foot and Ankle ability measure scale . <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Pre-test measure(on day 1 before beginning of treatment) , post-test measure(after last session) and 90 days follow-up after last session measures are taken for both the scales
