Operated case of Modified Radical Mastectomy after 3 weeks of surgery,
Unilateral and bilateral mastectomy with Axillary dissection
Acute infection at treatment site,
Active metastatic site,
Open wound at baseline,
Acute DVT in upper extremity,
Hemophilia or other clotting disorders,
Lymph edema > stage 1,
Previous shoulder surgery,
Other shoulder dysfunction that interferes with the shoulder range of motion (Rotator cuff tear, Peri arthritic shoulder, Frozen shoulder, capsular pathology, acromion bursitis, impingement syndrome)
Immediate breast reconstruction with spacers
Hypersensitive skin,
Fibromyalgia,
