Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Fasting blood glucose level \> 126 mg/dl
- •2\.Random blood glucose \> 200mg/dl
- •3\.Post prandial blood glucose level \>140mg/dl
- •4\.bA1C \>6\.5
- •5\.Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes mellitus and on hypoglycemic medications \> 1 year
- •Participants willing to participate
- •BMI 23\.0 – 24\.9 kg/M2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pulmonary disease
- •2\. Cardiac disease
- •3\. Pregnancy
- •4\. Rib fractures
- •5\. Participants diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes
- •6\. Spinal cord injury or vertebral fracture
