controls: patients with partial DiGeorge Syndrome
Exclusion Criteria
after hematopoetic stem cell transplantation
after thymus transplantation
acute infections

Name Time Method Phenotypic and transcriptional analyses of peripheral lymphocytes. Aim of this study is to understand how the cell count, frequencies, transcriptome, and phenotype of ILCs, NK cells, and T cells differ in these patients from reference values in healthy individuals.
