入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Patients aged 18-65 years.
- •2) Patients coming under American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status28 I and
- •II (Annexure IV).
- •3) Patients undergoing elective surgical procedures of expected duration of less than 4-
- •hour requiring general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •1)Patient refusal to give informed consent.
- •2)Patients with body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m2.
- •3)Patients with history of respiratory, cardiac, hepatic, renal and neuromuscular disorders.
- •4)Patients with chronic alcohol or drug abuse.
- •5)Patients being treated with rate controlling drugs, anticonvulsants or psychotropic medications.
- •6)Patients undergoing oro-naso pharyngolaryngeal surgeries.
- •7)Patients with anticipated difficult intubation.
- •8)Surgeries with expected duration more than 4 hours will be excluded.
- •9)Patients with history of allergy to the study drugs.
- •10)Pregnant or lactating mother.
