Inclusion Criteria
Female aged 40-60 years old
History of last menstruation more than 12 months or FSH >40 IU/mL
History of bilateral oophorectomy before age 50 years old from any condition
Exclusion Criteria
Previous diagnosed CVD
Previous diagnosed DM
Current use antidiabetic or lipid lowering drugs
Current use of vitamin d supplement
Chronic kidney disease
History of smoking
