- •Hospitalized patients on antibiotics in internal medicine . (Male and female)
- •Hospitalization period more than 24 hours.
- •Age above 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are unconscious or semi conscious.
- •Pregnant or lactating women.
