Inclusion Criteria

  • Hospitalized patients on antibiotics in internal medicine . (Male and female)
  • Hospitalization period more than 24 hours.
  • Age above 18 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients who are unconscious or semi conscious.
  • Pregnant or lactating women.
