Newly diagnosed cushings

Cushings post surgery or radiotherapy

Chronic active hepatitis

Depressive disorder

CKD stage 4 and 5

Women on oral contraceptive pills

Healthy controls

Exclusion Criteria

Exogenous cushings

Drugs affecting dexamethasone metabolism

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Acute illness

Liver cirrhosis
