- •1.Age within the range of 15 â?? 40years
- •2.Regular menstrual cycle 21 â?? 35 days presenting with sign and symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.
- •3.Presenting with marked relief of symptoms at onset of menses.
- •4.Sign and symptoms of PMS at least 3 cycles as per ACOG guidelines

- •.Irregular cycles
- •2.Pelvic pathology having huge fibroid/cyst.
- •3.On OCPs and lactating mothers.
- •4.Systemic, metabolic and endocrine disease.
- •5.K/C/O Psychological illnesses and seizures disorders.
