- •1.Infertile women between the ages of 21 to 35 years with a clinical diagnosis of endometrioma
- •2.Presence of ovarian endometrioma >3 cm
- •3.Consenting to be enrolled in the study
排除标准
- •1.Presence of chronic medical disorders contraindicating surgery
- •2.BMI more than 35 kg/m2
- •3.Confirmed pregnancy
- •4.Preoperative evidence of Decreased Ovarian Reserve
- •5.Tubal factor/ male factor infertility
- •6.Presence of blood dyscrasias
- •7.Patients with previous history of laparoscopic endometriotic cystectomy
