Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Women of reproductive age group (age 18-40 years) with unilateral or bilateral ovarian endometriosis measuring 3-8 cm at its greatest diameter diagnosed by ultrasound

Exclusion Criteria

  • •History of previous ovarian surgery
  • •Patient with known contraindication to vasopressin.
  • •Intraoperative finding of cyst other than endometrioma.
  • •GnRH therapy within 6 months of surgery.
  • •Women with completed family.
  • •Patients refusal
