- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA-PS) I and II
- •General anesthesia with endotracheal tube
- •Duration of surgery greater than 1 hour and less than 3 hours duration.
排除标准
- •Patients with a recent history of sore throat or upper respiratory tract infection
- •Difficult airway
- •Pregnant patients
- •Patients with allergy to either zinc or benzocaiaine
