15 ~ 65 years aged, complicated spontaneous pneumothorax patients who scheduled for the bleb resection.
One or more blebs are detected through chest CT or x-ray, ipsilateral recurred pneumothorax.
(Complicated pneumothorax includes the conditions; sustained air leakage over 5 days, hemothorx, failed re-expansion, tension pneumothorx.)
Uncomplicated, first-attack pneumothorax, non-visible blebs throug chest CT or X-ray, suspicious pleural adhesion, open thoracotomy, diseases which could be worsened with hypercapnea; glaucoma, cardiovascular and cerebral diseases.
