Inclusion Criteria
1) Hemiplegic patients with the age group of 31 to 60 years of age.
2)Patients admitted with first acute attack and are able to stand.
3) Patients affected with hemiplegia for a short duration (0-4months).
4) Conscious, oriented patients who are willing to give consent.
5) Patients who understand Odia or English.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Hemiplegia due to neurological disorders other than stroke.
2) Hemiplegic patients who are undergoing alternative therapies like massaging, reflexology, etc.
3) Patients who have ulcers or wounds in affected extremities.
